New Gym

SO, I have always made it a point to find a nice gym whenever I move to a new city. Well, we have been living in San Diego now for almost 8 months and I just now found an awesome gym. After months of gym hopping and finally settling with using the free navy gyms..I thought I was content...until today. The gym just opened up a few months ago and is great. It is called fit (http://fitathletic.com/sandiego/index.html). I worked out there tonight and as I was stretching out on the porch, I was watching the San Diego Padres and the Minnesota Twins play baseball(of course the Padres were losing:( ). The gym has a great view of the inside of the baseball stadium, is super clean, has a cool lounging pool, great music, nice locker rooms, awesome classes(including yoga and spinning), I could go on and on. Trevor is gone so he hasn't seen it yet, but as soon as he comes home I will take him to check it out and hopefully we will become members!

Our Home - San Diego, CA

I thought that it was my turn to start a blog since everyone else seems to have one. I didn't want to feel left out. So here it is...I will attempt to keep everyone up to date on what is going on in our lives. Trevor and I have been living in San Diego, California now for almost 9 months now. We are feeling settled and very comfortable here. San Diego is a great city and we are really enjoying our time here thus far. The picture above is a view of the San Diego harbor with the Coronado bridge in the background. Trevor and I love to run or take an evening stroll by the bay and this is our view...beautiful! We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary on May 5! It is hard to believe that we have one year down and are already on our second. It was a great first year which included 2 moves , 2 job changes, traveling across the country, a trip to wine country(Napa Valley), quite a bit of stress but more fun than we could ever imagine.

Looking forward to the adventures of year 2.

We thought that this was our opportunity to live the city life whilw we are here in San Diego. This is a picture of the building that we live in . We live on the 6th floor. It is a great place to live and we are enjoying living right downtown in the middle of everything. We really enjoy walking out our door and exploring new and different places to eat all within walking distance.
